I am Bill, founder of the Weight Loss Solutions website and experience. I have been at this dieting thing since retiring from the military. I have been fighting the battle with my weight for 20 years now. I have made mistakes, learned a lot, and found some useful strategies and ideas that do work for me and will work for you also.
I want to give you a bit of background on who I am, and what my story is.
I Have Struggled With the “Weight” For 20 Years…
Growing up, I was always in great shape. I played many sports, football, basketball, baseball and ran track. After high school, I joined the military and for the next 20 years I was extremely active. Now, being closer to retirement age, I have decided to pay more attention to my health and also the idea of trimming down. Carrying around “extra” weight is not healthy for many reasons, but one of my main concerns has
been the pressure it puts on all of your joints, muscles and body in general.
Being trim is important for my health and my ability to continue to be active and injury free, not just to look good.
Honestly, I have struggled with controlling weight for the last 20 years. Although I have certainly tried to stay in good shape, my habit continued to keep me on the weight yo yo. Those extra pounds hindered my performance in sports and have caused injuries due to the extra strain on joints and muscles.
I Am On a Weight Management Mission…One That Includes Others.
My mission is to manage my own weight and to help others people achieve their goals also,
My goal is to help others, and I know that I can help you or anyone else you know manage their weight through simple strategies: choosing the right supplements, right foods, and right exercise program for you. I will give you the resources you need to make informed decisions and see results.

Ultimately my goal is to help YOU lose weight, through things that I have learned, and through techniques and ideas that I am constantly researching and trying in the fitness industry. Your plan should be about feeling good first and looking good second. If you get the first part right, the second part will be the result.
